      Yes here in Dundee we are close to entering trails for a parasite disease that affects cattle in Africa. As cattle is so important to the poorer communities there, there is an urgent need for new treatments.

      Yes, drugs for animals are in research as there are diseases that animals get that need treating as much as we do! Personally the company I’m funded by isn’t working on vetinary research but it is an interesting field to get into!

      It is a very similar process, just you stop at testing on animals and not humans!
