• Question: Apparently everyone who has blue eyes shares the same common ancestor, is this true in your opinion?

      The gene which gives us Blue eyes is recessive, which means you need both your parents to give you a chromosome with the blue eyed gene to actually have blue eyes.
      As this is known to be the case it would make sense if everyone with blue eyes had a common ancestor!
