  That’s a really interesting question. Evolution usually occurs through a survival of the fittest mechanism. Since we have no natural predators and we try to heal the injured and disabled one has to wonder “are we evolving at all?”
  
  Certainly if we are evolving it is probably mental evolution rather than physical so perhaps in future our brains will be bigger.
  
  In any case because evolution takes many generations and a generation for us is almost 100 years, any evolution will be very gradual.
