      Any of “The Famous Five” books by Enid Blyton – they were some of the earliest books I recall reading as a kid.

      The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis. I love the storyline but I like the idea you can walk through the back of your wardrobe into a snowy wonderland!

      To be honest I never really read too many books I used to be really bad and just read one a year but I’ve recently read all of the Game of Thrones books which are good.
